If not otherwise confirmed by us in writing, we supply in principle on the basis of our General Terms of Business, even if other terms of delivery are stated in your orders. Our Terms are accepted upon receipt of your written order.

The delivery dates stated to the customer shall always be deemed ex works.

Upon passing the goods onto the forwarder, hauler of other person defined to perform delivery, the risk of transport shall be passed onto the contractor. We will insure the goods to be delivered upon request.

Orders received for goods in stock by 12 noon are usually dispatched on the same day.

Minimum order value/minimum pieces for shop goods:

No minimum order value for within Germany; additional packaging and delivery charges.
The gross minimum order value is € 50.00 for deliveries outside Germany plus delivery charges.

When cutting raw materials, there is a minimum piece price of € 10.00 for individual items.

Delivery charges:

Goods are delivered from Monday to Friday. Weights of up to 30 kg will be delivered by a parcel service. Orders weighing more than 30 kg will be delivered by a forwarder.
An express delivery is possible upon the customer’s request. The additional costs are to be requested and are borne by the customer.

Delivery within Germany is plus packaging and delivery charges. An exception to this is the German North Sea Islands and the Baltic Sea Islands with extra delivery charges.

Delivery outside Germany shall be at the buyer’s expense.

Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
